Software for
the front of house.

Hospitality runs on a stack of subscriptions that almost fit. I build the missing piece instead: the ordering page, the booking form, the rota tool, the thing your team currently does on a printed sheet by the pass.

What I build

The bit the
platform won't do.

Order and pay

QR ordering, click and collect, pre-orders for events. Built around how your kitchen actually works instead of a generic checkout.

Bookings and enquiries

Tables, functions and private hire, landing in the inbox someone actually reads, with the details you need already filled in.

Menus that change

A menu you can edit yourself in a minute, that stays right on the website, the QR code and the screen behind the bar at the same time.

The internal awkward thing

Rotas, stock counts, prep lists, supplier orders. The spreadsheet everyone hates, turned into something that works on a phone in a cold cellar.

Who it's for

Independents,
mostly.

A warm bakery with pastry display cases
Cafés & bakeries
A moody bar lined with bottles
Bars & restaurants

I have spent enough time around service to know that a tool which needs a training day will be abandoned by the second week. Everything I build has to survive a busy Saturday in the hands of someone who was shown it once.

How it works

Watch a shift,
then build.

01

Tell me where it hurts

Usually it is one specific moment: the phone ringing during service, the double booking, the order sheet that gets lost. That moment is the brief.

02

I build the smallest thing that fixes it

You get something real to try in the venue, not a deck. We change it while it is in use, because that is when the awkward bits show up.

03

It runs quietly on the edge

Hosted on Cloudflare, on your own domain, with no per-cover cut and no platform that can put its prices up next quarter.

Final frame · say hello

Available for
select work.

I take on a small number of hospitality projects at a time so each one gets proper attention. Tell me about the venue and the problem. I read every message.
